Maple Grove, MN - We are very pleased to announce that Marketech has been acquired by Circuit Check Inc. headquartered in Maple Grove, MN. We wanted to share this exciting news and highlight some of the key benefits we hope this merger will provide.
Our combined company will provide you with a more comprehensive suite of products and services, and therefore greater depth of resources for your test strategy success. We will continue our emphasis on Teradyne programs and fixtures, yet now be able to provide Genrad and Agilent 3070 fixtures, along with a wide range of functional fixturing. CCI’s manufacturing capacity allows us to support any size ramp, plus the ability to support more regional repair work and ECOs. In addition to the Maple Grove location, CCI has two other manufacturing sites and four customer support centers between North America and Asia. We believe that by enhancing our range of products and expanding our geographic presence we will be better positioned to support our customers with the right product, at competitive pricing, with better turnaround and regional support.
Since our Minnesota facilities are literally only a few miles apart, we will be combining forces into CCI’s main plant in Maple Grove. This will allow us to continue providing the products you have come to rely upon, as well as access to the largest engineering staff in the fixturing industry. We will work to ensure the transition is seamless.
Maintaining relationships with our customers is our top priority. Be assured that we will keep our team focused on providing World Class support. We look forward to efficiently integrating these two companies and leveraging the “best practices” of both.
More information will be coming regarding our progress during the weeks and months ahead.
On behalf of all our employees we want to thank you for your past business and offer our commitment to your continued success. If you have any questions concerning this merger, please do not hesitate to call either of us.
Sincerely,
|
